Where is Clique Films based?
We are based in the southeast of Melbourne.
How long have you been in the wedding industry?
We have been capturing weddings since 2017.
How far do you travel for weddings?
We film most of our weddings in Melbourne CBD, Yarra Valley + Mornington Peninsula.
For weddings more than 90mins away, a small travel fee will apply. Please discuss with us your wedding location to determine if travel fees may be applicable.
For destination weddings, our package prices don’t change - we just ask for 2 night’s accommodation and travel expenses to be covered (ie. flights)
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Are you kidding? We absolutely have to meet! Whether it’s over an espresso in person, or virtually over facetime, it’s crucial that we get to know our couples before their big day!
After your booking is secured, we will arrange for a pre-wedding consultation, either in person or via facetime (whichever you prefer) to meet and go over all the finer details of your day - this includes any timeline planning and guidance.
If you’d like to book but would prefer to chat to us first to see if we are the right fit for you, we completely understand that too! If that’s the case, simply get in touch with us via email and we can arrange a time that suits best for us to have a chat over the phone.
Do you shoot Photography as well as Film?
Yes! We have Film-only packages available, Photography-only packages available, as well as combination package options with both Photography + Filming.
How much do your Packages cost?
Our packages start at $4,250 (inclusive of GST). Our full Price & Info Guide is available upon enquiry - simply complete the online Enquiry Form and we’d love to discuss pricing and availability with you!
Who chooses the music to our Film?
We subscribe to a number of royalty-free music libraries which covers a variety of genres, no matter your taste. Generally, we will choose the music for you, but not before discussing your music taste and preferences at our pre-wedding consult, so that we can do our best to match the song selection to the footage and your overall vibe.
How long until we received our film/s?
It is true what they say - the best things in life take time, but they are truly worth the wait!
Whilst we work as quickly as we can, rather than rushing the process and leaving you with anything less than the perfection that you can expect and deserve, we do take pride in taking that little bit of extra time and care to create the highest quality film that is truly customised and personalised to you. The approximate turnaround time for our Wedding Highlight Films is about 4 months, but this can vary, depending on the season.
The Wedding Trailer is typically delivered within the first week post-wedding day, so this makes it the perfect add-on option for those who are eager to see a little sneak peek of their wedding without having to wait for the extended cinematic Highlight Film.
What is Raw Footage?
Raw footage refers to unedited, untouched footage that has been captured on the wedding day - in true ‘raw’ format, straight out of the camera - bloopers and all (hence where the magic of editing comes in). If choosing to add on the Raw Footage option, you will receive the ceremony and speeches recorded in full (camera audio only), to be able to watch back and remember these extra special moments from your day. For all other footage of the day, this will consist of a series of individual shorter files from multiple cameras and audio devices, which will require you to click through each individual clip. It is important to note that some computers may have difficulty playing back raw 4K clips. The edited films we create are what you will be able to watch back fluently to reminisce on, whereas the raw footage is more designed for you to have a backup of the footage that was captured.
What is the wedding trailer?
The Wedding Trailer is a short 30-60 second sneak peek of what you can expect to see in the Wedding Highlight Film. This is typically delivered within the first week post-wedding day, so it is the perfect add-on option for those who are eager to see snippets of their wedding footage without having to wait for the extended Highlight Film.
How do you capture the dialogue on the day?
During the ceremony, we use wireless rode mics on both the groom and the celebrant. We will also patch into the PA system being used as a backup.
For the speeches, simply let us know which mic/PA system you will be using and we will patch into that. In the event that your PA system doesn’t have a line-out, fear not, as we will always come prepared with a backup.
Do you have a drone?
Yes. We absolutely love incorporating drone footage into our wedding films. Of course though, the use of the drone is limited to weather conditions and any flight restrictions in the area.

Yay! We’re so excited! To get this ball rolling, simply complete the online Enquiry Form and we can then discuss pricing and availability. Once availability has been confirmed and if you’d like to proceed, a non-refundable booking fee of $1,500 is required to secure us for your wedding date.
